Little Paris of our own

" So girls, where are we going tonight?" That's how our group chat started on Saturday night. It's been a while since we got together. To be more precise, we didn't see each other since December 2018.

After a long conversation we decided to go out of our comfort zone and try something new. Plus I saw an article in the Tallahassee Democrat a couple days ago about all the new dining experience in Tallahassee. So, we picked out our first stop at Little Paris.

This was a pleasant experience!!! They serve simple comfort food with elegance and French authenticity.

We started off with the small amuse bush of nicely cooked snail, as a compliment from the chef. Some of us were brave enough to actually try it. We all shared our feelings about this little appetizer and while our opinions differed, at least we all agreed that it was salty, lol! We all ordered different dishes They all were exquisite! Perfectly executed and beautifully served.

The portions were not as large yet the amount of food was just enough. At the end of our meal we decided to share two deserts. Honestly we didn’t even have time to take a picture of them, both dishes were gone in the matter of seconds. It was the best creme brûlée we have ever tried and the chocolate mousse was light and airy it just melted in our mouths leaving the trace of unforgettable feeling of pleasure that any food can ever give you.

And how we can leave out the wonderful owner Marie! We had a pleasure to meet her and chat a little bit about her experience here in the USA and about her long trip to Tallahassee.

All we can say is "Thank you, Marie, for bringing a little bit of Paris to Tallahassee"!!!!!!!
