Perfect Summer Salad

I'm bringing you this juicy, full of flavor, colorful salad to enjoy during long summer days!

You will need:

1 cup of arugula


6 oz of grilled salmon

half of avocado, sliced

1 tbsp of chopped walnuts

2 tbsp of lemon juice

1 tbsp of olive oil

salt pepper

It is very simple to assemble:

Put arugula on a big plate, top with grilled salmon( cut in chunks), grapefruit wedges, chopped walnuts, sliced avocado and drizzle with olive oil mixed with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Yup, that's it!
